Also, advice anyone?
I want to start working on my upper body (arms, abs, back, the works).
Does anyone have any good thoughts on what I should do?
Right now I plank, push-ups, sit-ups, and dumbbell row (as well as various other strengths I just don’t know the names of)
Suggestions?

Just do like three sets of 30 crunches, pushups, ball excercises, etc…etc… Maybe tredmill?
